Caring for your health and that of our planet should be rewarded! Becoming a member of The Botanist Loyalty Program allows you to earn points and savings that can be redeemed against refills or your other favourite The Botanist products.
HOW IT WORKS
Our loyalty program is an online rewards system where you can earn points for every dirham that you spend online, as well as other activities like leaving a product review or following us on our social channels.
Once you have accumulated a certain number of points you will receive vouchers via email that can be used towards your next online order.
Made a recent order but not yet a member? Don't worry, we will also reward purchases made within one month before enrolling.

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS
As soon as you accumulate 500 loyalty points you can start redeeming against your refills or any other products! You will receive a voucher to the email you have signed up with with a unique code that you can enter at checkout on your next order. If you continue to accumulate points, you will receive a voucher when you reach 1000 points and 1500 points.
To see your points status, sign in to your account and simply click on the button at the bottom left hand side of the screen.
